Rosalie Arsenault was born on 4 Nov 1876 and baptized the next day in Grande-Digue, New Brunswick, the daughter of François Arsenault and Marie Bourque.[1] She married Joseph LeBlanc in Grande-Digue on 4 Feb 1895.[2]She passed away in Taunton on 15 Aug 1921.[3]
