Biography

Emma was born about 1856. She was the daughter of Joseph Atkins and Margaret Allman.

Emma married Christopher Edmondson at the residence of Mr. T. Jarvis, Wellington Street, Kingston (near Newtown), New South Wales, on 8 November 1879, according to Primitive Methodist rites. The marriage was dissolved on 27 October 1908.

Emma died at her residence, "Canningalla," 22 Watkin Street, Rockdale, New South Wales, on 16 June 1929. She was buried in the Methodist portion of Woronora Memorial Park, Sutherland, on 17 June.
