William was born in Alabama in 1895 to Charles Atkinson and Patricia Peacock. By 1910, his father had passed, and he was living with his mother and stepfather, William Sullivan, and their blended family in Altha, Calhoun County, Florida.[1]
When he passed away at age 20, he was buried in Mt Olive Cemetery in Altha, Calhoun County, Florida.[2][3]
