She married Josiah Kinnicutt on March 14, 1853 in Middleborough, Plymouth, Massachusetts. They had no children. In 1902 Betsey was living in Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts. She died January 23, 1917 and is buried in Thomaston Cemetery, South Carver, Plymouth, Massachusetts.
