Biography

James Kirl Avent, son of Thomas Avent and Sydney Parks, was born in 1895. James married Annie Louise Thurman, 1922, Orleans Parish, Louisiana.[1] In 1930 they are enumerated on the federal census in Grenada, Mississippi. [2] He died in 1966[3][4] and is buried in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Grenada, Mississippi.[5]
