Electa, daughter of Philetus Axtell and Esther Ross, was born on 21 Feb 1873 in [1]
On 25 May 1892, Electa married James B. Blair in Wapello, Louisa Countyy, Iowa.[2][3]
In the 1910 census Lettie (age 37) was the wife of James B Blair in New Boston, Mercer, Illinois, United States.[4]
In the 1920 census Electa (age 47) was the wife of J B Blair in Eliza Township, Mercer, Illinois, United States.[5]
In the 1930 census Electa (age 57) was the wife of James B Blair in Millersburg, Mercer, Illinois, United States.[6]
Electa passed away on 5 Nov 1931 in Millersburg, Mercer County, Illinois,[7] and was buried at New Boston Cemetery, New Boston, Mercer County, Illinois.[8]
