Joshua Babb, son of Philip and Lydia (Bradgon) born 1690's, died on or after 1757 and by 1759. He married Deborah Bickford on Dec 12, 1720 (Dover, New Hampshire marriage). She was daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Bickford of Newington, New Hampshire. Marriage also registered as Nov 28, 1720 in Newington, New Hampshire, where Joshua's surname was spelled Bab.[2] Children:

Joshua was a glazier in Portsmouth New Hampshire 1721-1757 and there are numerous court cases in New Hampshire Archives concerning either Joshua owing money or others owing him money in his glazing business.
On May 17, 1723 Samuel and Lydia Norten (Joshua's mother and her 2nd husband) gave their interest in their father's estate to their son Joshua Babb of Portsmouth. It was Arthur Bragdon's property in York and Lydia was daughter of Arthur. On Apr 13, 1727 Joshua deeded land and buildings in York to Arthur Bragdon Jr. (Arthur being his uncle)
