Hannah was born in 1789. She was the daughter of Daniel Babcock and Hannah Burdick. Stephen Babcock notes her birth location as Stonington, Connecticut though her siblings seem to have been born in Westerly. She had a sister Hannah (necronym) born in Westerly, but who died before this Hannah was born . Stonington is just across the bridge from Westerly, Rhode Island where other sources suggest she may have been born. Since Stephen Babcock's research was based on town records, his notation is probably correct though the way the family is described is slightly ambiguous.
She married William Hamilton. She passed away in 1849.
