Research Notes
The time between the stated birth dates of William Baber's and Susannah Southern's sons George (15 Sep 1787) and Robert (abt. Jan 1788) is too short (only about 4 months). Presumably the birth date of Robert (abt. Jan 1788) is wrong. Sources indicating Jan 1789 are more likely to be correct and they are consistent with data in at least two census records.
