Biography
Joseph was born in 1903[1], the son of Joseph Euclide Bachand and Albina Marie Descelles. He passed away in 1965[2].
In 1925, Leo married Pearl Helen, daughter of Leigh Hornsby Thompson and Christina Gertrude Fry[3].
