Philomène (Bachand) Milotte est né en Québec, Canada.
Philomène (Bachand) Milotte was born on the 20th of September 1846 in Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu, Richelieu, Bas-Canada and baptized that same day.[1] Her parents were François Xavier Bachand and Marie Marguerite Fontaine.[1]
Philomène married Napoleon Milotte on the 1st of June 1863 in Saint-Marc-sur-Richelieu. They had ten known children.
Philomène died on April 30, 1930 in Pawtucket, RI.[2][3]

Mrs. Philomene (Bochand) Miloette, 84-year-old Darlington resident, died yesterday following a prolonged illness at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hormisdas Rivard, 104 Blackburn street, Well-known in the Darlington section of the city. Mrs. Milotte was the wife of the late Napoleon Milotte, who died last year.
Mrs. Milotte, who traced her ancestry back to early Canadian settlers, and who herself was born in Canada. Observed with Mr. Milotte their 65th wedding anniversary last June. Her family says she devoted her life to prayer and presiding over her grandchildren and great-granchildren. Mrs. Milotte was married to Mr. Milotte in 1863 at St. Mare, Canada, coming to Fall River, Mass in April 1872. She residedin that city for 11 years, later living in New Bedford for 35 years. She came to Darlington 12 years ago.
Mrs. Milotte is survived by two sons, Napoleon and Alphonse Milotte of New Bedford; four daughters, Mrs. Malvina McDuff, Mrs. Emma Robltaille, Mrs. Marie Louise Rivard, and Mrs. Marianna Bourgois of New Bedford. Thirty-one grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild also survive.
The funeral will be held from her late home tomorrow morning at 8:30 o’clock, with a solemn high mass of requiem in St. Cecilia’s Church at 9 o’clock. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
