Charles BAGE was born on 7 October 1859 in Colac, Colony of Victoria^[1]. He was the son of Edward BAGE and Anna Newsom GODWIN.

Gertrude Eleanor LANGE and Charles BAGE were married on 22 September 1886 at All Saints', St. Kilda, Colony of Victoria^[2].
