Biography

Private Daniel Bailey served with 6th Regiment, Middlesex County Militia, Massachusetts Bay Colony Militia during the American Revolution.

Daniel Bailey is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A004604.

Daniel was born November 28th, 1759 in the town of Tewksbury to Johnathan Bailey and Susannah Trull.^[1] . He served the colonial army and fought in the American Revolution.^[2] He rose to the rank of captain.

He married Molly Stanley and had many children, including Abigail.^[3]

He passed away July 3rd, 1826, a day before the United States's fiftieth anniversary as a nation.
