Will of his Father - BAILYE, JOHN, St Mary's Co. 20 July 1751; 3 March 1752 To son John Ignatious Baily, orchard where he now lives and a slipe to take in his water for to secure his spring and 1/3 of my land high ground and marsh with that slipe to take in the spring and so down to the marsh by Clement Stradfords and his sister's land in a narrow slipe form the upper end of my land to the said marsh-and Not to sell except to his brothers James Bailye and John Baptis Bailye. To son James 1/3 of high land. To son John Baptis Bailye other part of land. If either of sons James or John Baptis die without issue then their part to fall to dau. Henrita Bailye. To my four children: John Ignatious Bailye, Elinor Howard, Mary Bailye, John Baptis Bailye and Henrita Bailye, each of them one ewe and lamb. To wife Elinor Bailye, extx., rest of estate.
