William Kerr Baillie was born around 1858, the son of William Kerr Bailie.[1]
He married Phoebe Ann Butcher in 1883 in Victoria, Australia.[2] Their children were:[3]
Phoebe died in January 1930.[3]
William died on 6 March 1931 at his daughter's home in Balwyn, Victoria.[4]

BAILLIE.— On the 6th March, at his daughter's residence, 10 Grosvenor-parade, Balwyn, William K. Baillie, beloved husband of the late Phœbe Ann Baillie, and loving father of Jessie (Mrs. Luly), Agnes (Mrs. Shaw), Margaret (Mrs. Bagley), Chris, Ivan, Phœbe (Mrs. White), Jean (Mrs. Marshall), George, Peter, Hector and William (deceased), aged 74 years.
