Biography
Jane was baptised on 5th June 1826 in Tower Hamlets by parents Ezekiel and Elizabeth Sophia. Ezekiel was a Gun Maker. [1]
On 1st October 1859 Jane married widower Paul Downton Leman art Chipping Sodbury. Paul was a Surgeon, his father was a Solicitor. Jane was a School Mistress, her father Ezekiel John was a Stock Broker. Elizabeth Baker and Thomas John Lehman were witnesses. [2]
Jane lived a long life and died aged 96 in 1922. She was buried in Chipping Sodbury on 23rd June. [3]
