Biography
Anna Belle Burroughs daughter of Anna B. and Samuel B. Baker was born Dec. 18, 1887, in Parkersburg, W. Va. Her home was in Parkerburg until 1904, when the family moved to Huntington, W. Va., and two years later to Clarksburg. On the death of her father the family returned to Parkersburg. Here, on Jan. 7, 1908, she was married to Frank J. Kennedy, who was born July 3, 1885, at Rixford, Can. He is the son of S. J. Kennedy, a wealthy oil producer of Marietta, Ohio, and is engaged with his father in the oil business. Mr. and Mrs. Frank J. Kennedy now reside at Moose Jaw, Sask., Canada.
