Burial not yet found in Wadhurst or Ticehurst despite date having to be sometime between date of will 16 Feb 1767 and probate the same year on 6 May. Died probably late February early March 1667.
His will mentions: "my loving wife Catherine … my daughter Catherine now the wife of Edward Botten ... my sons James Baldwin, John Baldwin and William Baldwin – executors.
Proved at the Deanary of South Malling (Peculiar) 6th May 1767 on the oath of James Baldwin (one of the sons & executors).
