Winifred Ann BALLARD was born 1870 at Ryde, New South Wales, to parents Edward and Elizabeth.^[1]

In 1891 she married William George PECK in Richmond.^[2]

Winifred died in 1901 at Richmond, New South Wales, aged 30 years, leaving a husband and four living children aged between 10 and newborn.^[3]
