Biography

Henry was born in October, 1779, the son of James Bangay and Serena Bangay of Ragged Islands (now Lockeport), Nova Scotia^{[1] [2][3]}

On March 8, 1902, he married Sophie Jane Ryan, daughter of John and Mary Ryan of Green Harbour^[4]. Children included:

1. Earl Floyd, born circa 1903^{[5] [6]}
2. Vivian Glen, born circa 1905^{[7] [6]}

Sophie appears to have died before the 1911 Census, when her husband is enumerated with his father, and her children are enumerated with her parents^[6]

He died October 10, 1918 in Lockeport, Shelburne, Nova Scotia, Canada^[8]
