Thomas Barlow, Esq. of Barlow, Lancashire (d. 1729 Lancaster Castle), was the son of Anthony Barlow, Esq. of Barlow (bur. 10 Sep 1723) and Magdalene (bur. 05 Sep 1715), sis. of Sir Edward Goulding of Nottinghamshire.[1]
