Biography

Clifford Barnes was a Virginian from Accomack County

Clifford was born in 1885. He was the son of Franklin Barnes and Sarah Lewis. He married Florence Elizabeth Parks in 1911. He passed away in 1972. ^{[1] [2] [3] [4]}

Clifford was born on 11 September 1885 at Accomack Co, VA. The tombstone book shows 1885. The G.W. Barnes Bible shows 11 Sep 1885. The F.J. Barnes Bible shows 11 Sep 1887.^[2][3][4]

He married Elizabeth Florence Parks, daughter of William Drummond Parks and Elizabeth Frances Warren Bundick, on 26 July 1911 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as Clifford L. Barnes, a 25 year old farmer, the son of Frank J. & Sadie D. Barnes and she was shown as Elizabeth F. Parker, age 20, the daughter of William D. & Elizabeth F. Parker.^[1]

Clifford died in 1972.^[2]

His body was interred at Parksley Cem, Acc Co, VA.^[2]
