Sarah was born in 1888 at San Bois, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the daughter of Alexander Barnett and Sillen Le Flore. Sarah passed away 10 Aug 1917 at Eagletown, McCurtain, Oklahoma.

Sarah was married to Stile Mambi who died 22 Jan 1916.

Heirs of Sarah as of 7 Feb 1921 were a son Loren Mambi, a daughter Emaline Mambi.^[2]
