Record of the Bartholomew Family, by George Wells Bartholomew, 1885, pages 98-99:
Susannah was the 10th of 12 children (3rd daughter) born to Lemuel Bartholomew (1727-1801) and his wife Mary Squire (1736-1824).
Susannah married 1st Dyer Beckwith (1775-1852) by whom she had 7 children (4 sons and 3 daughters): James, David O. (1809-1893), Susannah B. (1812-1905), Cynthia, Benjamin, Anna, and Joseph H. (1821-1898). She married for her 2nd husband, Sereno Trowbridge by whom she had 4 children (3 sons and 1 daughter): Erastus, Cyrenus, Caleb, and Mary.
This review is in error - Sereno died in 1796 and was therefore her first husband. Also the "Cynthia" listed as a daughter with Dyer was a step daughter - Cyntha - a product of Dyer's first marriage to Polly Emerson.

There isn't much in Ancestry.com, except this Bartholomew Family story. There is a 1840 census - it doesn't list her name, but it does indicate that Dyer had a wife that fits Susannah's profile (Free White Persons - Females - 60 thru 69: 1):
