Andrew died (age 71) on 15 January 1818 in Connecticut, United States.[3] He is buried in Center Street Cemetery, Wallingford, New Haven, Connecticut.[4]
Andrew wrote his will on 12 March 1818. Andrew's estate passed probate 27 July 1818.[5] Beneficiaries:
