Lucy Ann Bartlett was born December 15, 1855. She was the daughter of James Bartlett and Nancy Shannon. She married Edward Stone on January 19, 1875, in Woodson Co., Kansas. They have 7 children: Elizabeth Matilda, James, Cordelia, Emily, Edward and 2 born between 1880 and 1900 censuses. She passed away January 2, 1909. Burial in Highland Cemetery, New Castle, Colorado.

Research Notes

Findagrave.com indicates date of birth as 1851, but the 1860 census shows she was 5 years old at the time of the census. It also indicates her birth name was Adams, but James Adams was her stepfather, not her biological father.
