William was born in 1836. He was the son of John Barton Sr. and Elizabeth (Bell) Barton. [1]
William Bell Barton married Ellen (Birchall on 13 Mar 1860 at St. Thomas, Eccleston (near Preston) Lancashire, England.[2]
He passed away in 1923.[3]
