He was born Mch 26-1867 at Seguin Texas and is a citizen of the Unted States by birth. He arrived in Chihuahua, Mexico on Nov 1897 where he is now residing for the purpose of mining. He is married to Francisca Alva who was born in Aguascalientes, Mex. and resides at Chihuahua, Mexico. He has the following children: Jamie born in Parral, Mexico on June 9, 1900 and residing at Chihuahua, Mexico. and Henry born in Minasa, Mexico on July 19 1903 and residing at Chihuahua, Mexico and Frank born in Chihuahua, Mexico on Apl 23-1905 and residing at Chihuahua, Mexico. His citizenship of the United States is established by his oath. This certificate is not a passport and its validity expires on Apl 27 - 1909. The following is the sngnature of (sig) John Y Baskin.
