Biography

Frank Bassett is an Anzac who served in World War Two.

Frank Bassett was born on March 29, 1920 in Canowindra, New South Wales, Australia, son of Arthur John Bassett (~1886–1947) and Ethel Mary Nash (~1886–1973).[1]

Frank (22) married Nita Lorraine Goodacre (21) (born on January 26, 1921; daughter of William Charles Goodacre and Annie Elizabeth (Mann) Goodacre) in 1943 in Canowindra, NSW.[2]

Frank died on August 28, 2006 in Canowindra, aged 86.[3] He was buried in Canowindra Cemetery, Canowindra, New South Wales.[4]
