Biography

David Batchelder was born on January 13, 1736 in Hampton, New Hampshire, the son of Josiah Batchelder and Sarah Page Batchelder. [1][2]

"He was a deacon of the Falls Church, as his father and grandfather had been before him; held many town offices, and was very prominent and influential in both church and town affairs." [1]

David married first Elizabeth Swett on July 24, 1760, and married second Mary Emery on January 1, 1771. He had five children with Elizabeth and eight more with Mary.[1]

David died on March 11, 1811 in Hampton.[1]
