Private Elias Beach served with Essex County Militia, New Jersey Militia during the American Revolution.
Elias Beach is a DAR Patriot Ancestor, A007735.
Revolutionary War - from the SAR Application: "Served as a Militiaman. Taken prisoner and confined for a long time in the sugar house in New York, where his feet were frozen, and he lost, in consequence, most of his toes."
