Biography
David Newman Beamesderfer was born in 1878. He was the only child of John W. Beamesderfer and Kate Newman. He lived in Schaefferstown PA. David married Catherine Sophia Mann.
David was a musician and clarinetist. He was a member of The Silver Cornet Band of Schaefferstown. This band performed at many local events such as fair, picnics and parades. The band originally formed in 1870 and continued until 1941. David is included in photographs of the band in 1905, 1910. In 1909, David was elected to the Board of the Heidelberg Township Water Company and served as Vice President.
David died in 1944 at the age of 66.
