James was born in 1865 in Jackson Co., NC.
He passed away in 1938 in Macon Co., NC.
Research Notes
James may have been the son of Rhoda (Quilliams) Beasley. He was enumerated in her household in 1870 and his death certificate gives his parents as "William Beasley" and "Rodie Lathan." However, Rhoda's husband William died in 1862, approximately three years before James's birth. Rather than connecting James to William and Rhoda, I opted to leave a note here until further research can be conducted. Watson-2385 01:40, 10 March 2024 (UTC)
