Biography
Emily Malissa Beaver was born in May of 1890. [1] She was the daughter of Steven Beaver and Emily Williams. [2] She is listed in her parents household on the 1880 Census in Yancey, North Carolina.[3]
On July 5, 1908 she married Gaston McDowell Angel (The son of M.T. Angel and Fanny Angel).[4] The couple is listed together on the following census reports:
1. 1910 Census [5] (Listed with their son: Derrick)
2. 1920 Census [6](Four children listed in their household: Derrick, Beatris, Edgar, Persian)
3. 1930 Census [7](Five children and her mother-in-law are listed in their household)
4. 1940 Census [8](Three children are listed still living in their household).
