Research Notes

It is likely that Ferdinando's probable daughter Elizabeth (b. 1814-1816) were baptised at a non-conformist chapel that has not been indexed or transcribed.

Ferdinando (b. 1811 bapt. at Kea) was transcribed as the son of Ferdinando and Mary - so was possibly the son of Ferdinando Behenna (1766-1813). Also Edward Behenna baptised 1814 at Kea was recorded as the son of Ferdinando (carpenter) and Elizabeth, may have had the mother incorrectly recorded, as there is no evidence of another Ferdinando Behenna (carpenter) who married an Elizabeth.

Ferdinando's first wife Ann was probably the one buried on the 9th November 1824 at St. Kea, Kea, Cornwall, England. However she was recorded as aged 46 years, giving a birth year of 1778, so a few years out.

Ferdinando's second wife Margaret aka Peggy died in 1859 at Kea aged 82 years (b. 1777).
