Biography

Isabelle was born in 1848. She is the daughter of Abraham Belanger and Marie Versailles. In 1850 her family was living at District 7, Pembina, Minnesota.[1]

Married Joseph Ledoux. In 1870 they lived in St. Norbert.[2][3]

Andrew, here on page 2 their son Isidore says that his grandfather was Mistawasis and not Abraham. What do you think? Were there two couples Isabelle and Joseph? Clearly these census records you found show Isabelle with Abraham.
