Biography
Zilpha Bennett was born on 28 Dec 1750 in Scituate, Providence, Rhode Island.[1] She is the daughter of Elder Josiah and Susanna (Bates) Bennett.
She married Simeon Harrington.
Children of Simeon Harrington and Zilpha Bennett are:
- Susanna Harrington (1771 – 18 Feb 1802) She married Jonathan Wood, son of Daniel Wood.
- Elizabeth Harrington (2 Feb 1777 – 23 Aug 1853)
- Simeon Harrington (19 May 1778 – 16 Oct 1847)
- Martha Harrington (26 Jan 1779 – 5 Jun 1854)
- Josiah Harrington (18 Jun 1780 – 21 May 1810)
- Peter Harrington (1781 – 6 Sep 1807)
- Zilpha Harrington (1785 – 6 Nov 1858) She never married and is buried in Coventry, Connecticut.
- Joshua Harrington (1794 – 1 Jun 1867)[2]
Zilpha died on 31 May 1810.[3]
