Anna Auguste Caroline Berndt married Johann Heinrich Boesch in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, on 16 August 1902. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a daughter of August Berndt and Ottilie Kunde.[1]
When "John Boesch" (her husband) registered for the World War I draft in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, on 12 September 1918, he said he was living at R. 2, Cedarburg, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin, and he named his nearest relative as Anna Boesch, of the same address.[2]
The 1940 U.S. Census recorded John Boesch, age 66 and a farmer, in Cedarburg, Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. Others in the household were his wife Anna Boesch, 58, and sons Lester Boesch, 23, and John Boesch, 13. All were born in Wisconsin and had lived in the "same place" (Cedarburg) in 1935. John and Anna were educated through 7 grades pf school and the sons were educated through 6 grades.[3]
