Herbert was born Oct.22,1897, Jefferson,Tennessee.(See draft and death records added for birth date.)

Herbert was three years old ,living with his parents,diuring the 1900 , Cocke,Tennessee census.[1]

Herbert was drafted for WWI,sept.24,1918.[2]

He married Ada Lucile Williams June 9,1919,hamblen,Tennessee.[3]

Herbert passed away June 3,1975, Knoxville,Tennessee.[4][5]
