Biography

Andrew was born in 1874. He passed away in 1946.

NOTE: A Diven and Jennie were second cousins. A Diven's maternal grandfather, Henry Heckathorn and Jennie's paternal grandmother, Elizabeth (Heckathorn) Standley were siblings. They were also more distantly related through the Sadler family.

NOTE: The 1870 census of Cranberry Twp shows a Physician named James Diven on page 50, the same part of the township where the Bickels lived. So Andrew's middle name is undoubtedly in honor of their family doctor, Dr Diven.
