Charles Biggin was born in 1846.
He married Ann Shinnicks of River of Ponds, Newfoundland.
In the 1921 Census, he was 75 years old living in Daniel's Harbour, Newfoundland with his wife Annie.[1]
He passed away 12 Mar 1922 in Daniel's Harbour, Newfoundland.[2]
