Biography
Fred Lee Biggs was born in 1901 in Warren County, Kentucky, United States, the son of Robert and Fannie Biggs.
Fred married Anna Elizabeth Perrin on 9 Mar 1922 in Harrison County, Kentucky.[1] Their daughter was Emma Lou Biggs.
Fred died in 1985 aged ~84. He was buried in Pythian Grove Cemetery in Berry, Harrison County.[2]
