Biography
Louella, aka Lou Ella, was born in 1894. She was the daughter of Andrew J Bilbo and wife Georgia.
Louella was on the 1900 and 1910 Grant parish, Louisiana census with her parents.[1][2]
She married Joseph Burton Maxey. They had a large family.
They were in Selma, Grant, Louisiana in 1930.[3] In 1940, they were in Nachitoches, Louisiana.[4]
She passed away in 1964.[5]
