Biography

John was born about 1775 in Maryland.[1] He was the son of Peter Bilyeu and Margaret Workman.

He passed away in 1853 in Miller County, Missouri.[2][3]

Bilyeu-5 and Bilyeu-115 do not represent the same person because: Conflated profiles. Bilyeu-5 was never in Missouri. DOD is unknown. Wife unknown, but not Sarah McGrew. Needs a lot of work to properly source and separate these two different men.
