Biography
Jean Henri was the son of Jean David Binder. He was innkeeper and gourmet at "l'Etoile", for a while at the "Cerf", city councillor. [1] He was married to Marie Suzanne Meyer (daughter of Tobias Meyer and Suzanne Schneider). [2] He passed away in 1718. [3]
