Biography
Elizabeth was born about 1796[1] in Bermondsey, Middlesex, or Lewisham, Kent, England.
In 1813 Elizabeth married Richard Grasby in North Cave, Yorkshire.[2] He worked as a brick and tile maker and the Grasbys lived in Gilberdyke, Yorkshire.[3][4][5] Richard employed 14 men in 1861.[6]
Richard died at the age of 76 in 1864.[7] In 1871 Elizabeth was an annuitant.[8]
She died in 1874 at the age of 78[1] and was buried in North Cave.[9]
