Biographie
Marie Sophronie Blanchet est née le 5 mars 1850 à Saint-Henri-de-Lauzon, Canada-Est, fille de Pierre Blanchette et de Marie Turcotte. Elle a été baptisée le lendemain dans l'église de cette localité, ayant pour parrain Charles Béland et pour marraine Angèle Guilemette.[1]
Sophronie (19) a épousé en premières noces Cyrille Mercier (32) le 14 septembre 1869 à Saint-Évariste-de-Forsyth, Québec. [2]
Sophronie (33) a épousé en secondes noces Joseph Richard (49) le 30 octobre 1883 à Saint-Évariste-de-Forsyth, Québec. [3]
Sophronie est décédée le 22 mars 1906 et a été inhumée deux jours plus tard dans le cimetière de la paroisse Saint-Ludger dans la localité de Gayhurst, Québec, Canada.[4]
