I'm in the Beds team hence my involvement in any profiles from Beds flagged for attention. This one, and his brother Joseph are showing as unlinked, because they're not connected to anyone. I think they are the same brothers, sons of Thomas and Rebecca who you also manage. It took me a while to work out the problem. I think the 1871 census is wrong when it shows them as the sons of Robert b 1820 in Haynes. It shows the same three children, Martha, Daniel and Joseph with the same birthplaces in 1861 and 1871 although the ages are all to pot but with different fathers. Thomas died in 1864 age 79 but I can't see what happened to Rebecca. Duh! It's literally just hit me. Robert is actually Rebecca. The enumerator has made a mess of it. Both were born Haynes. So I think that the two Daniels and the two Josephs need merging. Good, that's two more off the unlinked list. 159 to go!
