Biography
Ada was born about 1855 in Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Peter Bauvelt and Mary _____.[1]
According to the 1870 Menominee, Michigan census, Ada's parent's (Peter and Mary Blauvelt) first two children, Charles and Ada, were born in New York, their third child, Mary, was born in Wisconsin, and the rest of the children were born in Michigan."[1]
Ada first married James R. Avery.[2]
She married second Walter B. Axtell.[3] Her maiden name was Blauvelt.
Ada passed away in 1931[4] and was buried at the Masonic Memorial Park, Tumwater, Thurston County, Washington.[5]
