Biography
Robert was born in 1871. He was the son of Sarah Blay. Born as unnamed male to mother Sarah Blay, no father listed. He was later acknowledged as the son of William Bell in William's will of 1875. At some stage the Blay surname was changed to Bell-Blay. He passed away in 1955.
